Wadim Czeczuro (Odra coach): First of all, congratulations. We knew which team we play against. Our main task in this game was the tactical discipline and to play the ball as long as possible. We looked for the opportunities to strike out from the game ryhthm the opposite team. It even succeeded, but sometimes my players failed. I told my players not to throw after offensive rebounds. We had to play as long as possible up to 24 seconds but it did not always succeed. Well, and plus 21% efficiency ath the basket, but I know it is hard to play versus high team. I am happy that my players start to believe in themselves, what second falf showed. We have such a roster we have and we will fight for the aim we must to achieve.
Marta Żyłczyńska (Odra team captain): Congratulations to Wisła Can-Pack players. This is not a surprise. I would like to say thank to my teammates, that we fought in this game. Despite the high difference we fought under the basket and this is big satisfaction for us. Everyone of us has different aims. I hope Wisła Can-Pack will play as good as play now, especially in the Euroleague and will achieve top targets. I also hope that my team will be qualified to the top 8th teams of the Polish League.
Jose Hernandez (Wisła Can-Pack coach): I am delighted first quarter of the game. After this part I stopped to accept what was happening from the second quarter. If the team is not fighting for 40 minutes, surprises like in Brno will repeat. The true is that we still have health problems. Today I let to rest Nicole Powell and Paulina Pawlak. These players spent a lot of minutes on the court in the previous games. But this is not a justification, that the others players did not fight 100%. We have to change attitude to the game. The true is that we won all games in the Polish League and four games in the Euroleague. Our balance is 12 victories for 13 games. But it is not possible to give our opposite team coach reasons for satisfaction after the games played in Kraków.
Aleksandra Ćwięk (Wisła Can-Pack player): Just like my coach said we did many lost despite we won this game. We have to work over it. The true is my teammates are a little tired and it influenced for the game result. I have to say that Odra in the second half played good in defensive. It was a problem for us, especially under the basket. We are delighted we won the game, it was very good practice before the next Euroleague game.
