Wisła Can Pack

In the first game of the new season Wisla Can-Pack defeated Lotos Gdynia 67:54. It Polish Basketball Women Championship 2011/2012 season opening game.

The President of Polish Basketball Federation Mr Grzegorz Bachański oficially opened Polish Women Basketball Championships 2011 / 2012. Mr Wieslaw Zych -the President of Polish Women Basketball League  started the game with a referee's throw.. The game oficially enetered into the framework celebrated on 1-8 October, 2011 the Jubilee of the 105th TS "WISŁA" Krakow anniversary. Specially for this occasion, Wisła supporters prepeared special binding.

First two quarters of the  game were equal. After two quarters of the game Lotos Gdynia was two points up, leading over the "White Star" Team 35:33. After the break, Wisła Can-Pack played  more concentrated and  with much better defence - third quarter Wisła Can-Pack won 17:6 and gained a significant advantage, which held to the end of the game. Ewelina Kobryn - Wisła Can-Pack captain was the leader of the Team:: 19 ponts and 6 rebounds.
