In the return game of the 9th Euroleague Women Group C round Wisła Can-Pack Kraków defeated Spartak Moscow Region Vidnoje 81:60. Erin Phillips scored 25 points for the "White Star" team. Ewelina Kobryn scored her own one-thousand point the in all her Euroleague's games! Wisła Can-Pack took the position of the absolute leader in the EuroLeague Women Group C.

Wisła Can-Pack Kraków pulled away from Spartak Moscow Region in the second half and won 81-60 on Wednesday night to take over sole possession of first place in EuroLeague Women Group C.

Jose Hernandez's team led from start to finish and improved to 7-2 while dropping Spartak to 6:3.Australian guard Erin Phillips finished with 25 points and Nicole Powell added 23 for Wisła Can-Pack, who restricted Spartak to 36.8% (21 of 57) shooting from the floor. Wisła Can-Pack also forced Spartak to turn the ball over 17 times. Nicole Powell had a game-high four steals. She poured in 10 points in the opening frame as Wisła Can-Pack opened up a 23-16 lead.

Spartak threatened to reel Wisła Can-Pack back in at the beginning of the third quarter when twice reducing the arrears to four after jump shots by Becky Hammon and Candice Dupree. But Wisła Can-Pack, being roared on by their home fans in Kraków, went back in front by 14 with 1:07 to go in the frame after Milka Bjelica split a pair of free-throws. That made it 57-43. After getting as close as nine points early in the fourth quarter, Spartak were blown out the rest of the way with Wisła Can-Pack holding the Russian giants to just 12 points in the period. Becky Hammon and Candice Dupree each scored 14 points in defeat. Irina Osipova had 10 points and nine rebounds for Spartak.
